About Better Agency
We believe that insurance agents require their technology to communicate with one another. When we first launched Better Agency, we wanted to integrate with as many AMS platforms as possible to simplify agents’ workflows. However, as we began integrating with platforms, we discovered significant things that could have been improved. The current AMS platforms were poorly designed, making integrations and data sharing difficult or impossible. We quickly realized that to solve the more severe issues agents were experiencing, we needed to bypass AMS integrations and obtain data directly from IVANS.
We want to help agents reduce their tech stack, simplify their workload and sell more premiums with less effort. We will reduce the need for a standalone AMS by integrating IVANS, assisting agents in completing tasks and initiating new automation campaigns. Insurance software vendors appeared to be lacking in innovation. Instead, they were more content, forcing our competitors into costly contracts while failing to improve their products.
