In 2020, he declared independence, specializing in acquisitions, and now serves as a principal partner and agent at RanCran Group LP.

Devin resides in Georgia, often commuting between their offices in Georgia and Texas. Apart from his professional life, he cherishes his time. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 22 years and is a proud father to two daughters and a son.
